Kent Masias had always dreamed of having his own restaurant in longmont. After having completed his culinary training in the Mexican restaurant Viva, he finally took the chance, and opened his own restaurant.

Kent bought a store on 1751 Hover Rd c-1 and remodeled the place in painstaking detail. What was important to him was to combine restaurant operations with a live music establishment. To be able to do this, the stage had to be perfectly integrated into the restaurant's design. Quickly, this stage became the true center of the restaurant, and many artists used it to entertain our guests.
 
The stage at our restaurant have become an institution in longmont. The music and its old sounds as well as the delicious food make for a very special experience at Deli Cioso West.
